Easy Controller 1-3 Stack Match
This is Easy Controller for antenna stack match with 3 (2) outputs. You can control any stack match with 4 wires. There are 7 combinations. Including PTT hot switch protection. You can choose between two versions: classic and remote. Remote version allows you to control stack match over the web page and there are also another 8 universal On/Off outputs for your use.

This is universal manual or remote (web, IP, cluster) controller for 1 to 3 antennas Stack Match. You can use any RF SM (our or your own) and configure jumpers on front panel for all combinations as you need. There is universal output driver - you can use +12 V OUT or switching to the ground. IP remote module (IMPERO32) is optional. It offers you another 8 external outputs for another relays - you can switch ON PA, light, TRX etc. Output is again universal (+12 V or GND). Controller has also PTT hot switch protection.
Main functions
- Universal controller for stack match 1-3
- All combinations for 3 antennas
- Universal for any stack match with 4 control wires
- All outputs are universal +12V or GND
- HOT switch PTT protection
- IP module with 8 external relays for custom use
- DC plug included
- IP/web remote module as option version REMOTE
- ASSEMBLED and TESTED VERSION
Parameters
- Output is universal +12V or + EXT or to GND
- Output current max. 500 mA per output, 500 mA total
- Output voltage the same as supply voltage or EXT max 26V DC
- EXTernal voltage for relays with different voltage than 12V
- TBD driver is included
- Voltage drop for TBD driver typ. 0.2V for +12V input and 0.7V including fuse

Easy controller remote version
User Interfaces
User interfaces (UI) can be divided into three groups:
- Classic UI - looks like the RF controller front panel
- Beam Map - Azimuthal map with control buttons
- Customs, Stream Deck, NodeRed etc.
Example for remote control User Interface (UI), there for 1-3 Stack Match Easy controller
example for External Relays
- You can use another 8 external relays. You can control another 8 things you like. It is simply 8 x ON/OFF
- Outputs can be configured as: switching to ground + voltage
- Output voltage could be the same as controller supply voltage or different - connected to Vext pin at connector
example with 8 Relay DIN module
block diagram for LAN core
This Easy Controller is for our 1-3 Stack Match
This is a specially designed board to protect up to 8 DC control wires. The connection between the control box and the equipment outside (on the mast) can be dangerous - due to storms a potential difference can easily occur or voltage can be induced on the control wires. This phenomenon is dangerous and it is necessary to safely discharge this voltage to a common earth potential.
The controller contains basic surge protection. However, it is not very safe to bring surges to the table in Hamshack! If the GND screw of the control box is not connected to a common ground, the surge can go through another device - DC power supply, LAN, etc. It is therefore better to place an additional surge protector between the control box and the equipment outside. For example, at the point where cables enter the building from the outside, it is a good idea to place this surge protector board to provide additional protection against surge entering the ham shack.
