DIN Relay module 8 x 40A
DIN rail relay module 8 x 40A 12V DC control
59.00 € (without tax)
This is a universal DIN rail relay module. It contains 8 pieces of 40A relays with switching contacts. The advantage of this board is also isolated control from the relay power supply. The power supply for the relays is 12V with isolated GND pin. Switching of individual relays is by +12 to 24V with isolated GND on COM ports.

⚠ IMPORTANT NOTE: Relays are able to switch 250V AC - please observe the safety regulation for working with 230V. This is a life-threatening voltage. If you want to use these relays to switch equipment on 230V, check the surge currents or limit them. Due to inrush currents, which can be many times higher than the operating current, the relays contacts can be damaged.
Connection screw terminals are not suitable for permanent 40A current load.
Possible control Connection
The relay coils have their own power supply on separate terminals - GND and VCC. Here is connected the voltage for the relay +12V DC (max. 12.5V). The control of individual relays is separated by optocouplers. The switching voltage is + DC 12 to 24V. The control voltage has a separate ground. It is on the COM terminal.
1. It is possible to connect the relay control of a module with an unpowered relay and a control where the grounds are isolated.
2. It is possible to connect the COM and GND terminals and use these as the isolated ground. It is also necessary to connect +12V DC for relay coils and +12 to 24V for switching individual relays.
