PRODUCT

You know exactly what you want to order, you founded it in the store and you don't want to change anything. That's great and you can place your order.

You want anything different (connector, parameters, box etc.) and you didn't find it in our product range. In this case, DO NOT order and write to us. We will surely find the best solution together!

Choosing a product is easy if you know what you are looking for. Filtering on the page and dividing it into categories (e.g. RX antennas, TX antennas, Parts & Accessories etc.) will help you choose.

For a large part of the offer you need to select the product variant - for example connector type (PL SO-239, N, F, SMA etc.), version (two wires, 150Ω, with POTY adapter etc.) or design (PCB module, product in a box etc.).

On the product page you will find a lot of additional information such as description of the application, main functions of the product and its parameters. Another important part is "available as" section - here you can easily find out whether the product is also offered as a kit, with which types of connectors and whether a PCB is also available.

Last but not least, there is a link to the manual for the products - please pay close attention to this. You will find all the necessary information, product descriptions, measurements, explanatory graphics and for kits also schematic, PCB and part list. As the products are still being developed, you will not find paper manuals in the shipment. To ensure that you find all the information in up-to-date form, we have opted for an online solution. Yes, custom modification is possible. Since every modification is different, every customer has different requirements, ideas and plans, it is difficult to be specific about possible modifications.

It may be a change of connector, a different product setup or different cables. It is also possible to develop a completely new product as in the custom section.

To put it simply, we can accommodate you if it is possible and your ideas and plans are feasible. Therefore, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will certainly come to and agreement to your mutual satisfaction.

Yes, this possibility exists. Just create an account (registered users) and you can create a list of your favorite products. This is useful if you are deciding between multiple products or choosing products for a purchase you will make later.

You can also use product comparisons to make your purchasing decisions easier. This is a useful feature available for all products that are suitable for comparison. Adding a product for comparison is available on the product page, it is marked with a scroll bar icon and the words "add to compare". After adding a product to compare, a window will appear with a link to the compare list. In it, the products you have selected are compared.

We will be very happy if you decide to share your experience and your opinion about our products with us (and other customers). Most often the reviews come in the from of an e-mail, we will select some of them and publish them on this website.

Creating an account is really easy. All you have to do is clicl on the icon in the top right corner of this website.

The login page will show up. The first part of the page is for registered customers, where you just need to enter your email address and password. The bottom of the page is for new customers who have not yet registered. Use the "create an account" button, fill in your details and save.

If you decide to change your password, please log in to your account first. Select the "information" section, enter your current password and then enter your new password. Save everything.

Keep in mind that you must enter the new password on all your devices.

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it. Please do not create a new user account because you have forgotten your password.

All you have to do is click on the icon in the top right corner of this website. You will be redirected to the login page then click on "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and click on reset password. A link to reset your password will be sent to your email. After that enter your new password and save it. Remember to change this password on all your devices.

If your details such as email address, delivery address or phone number change, you can simply change them.

If you have any additional questions or need more information, please contact your chosen carrier - the shipment is no longer with us, so we cannot give you more information, but the carrier can.

Definitely do not create a new order because of this. Just email us immediately with the order number and the details that are incorrectly listed in the order.

If you write to us immediately, we are able to correct it when processing your order.

If you create a duplicate order, please inform us immediately. This will prevent double shipping and unnecessary costs to you.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. If you want multiple products, but each to be sent to a different address, you need to create multiple orders.

If you are a business customer and want to buy goods, you first need to create an account on this website where you fill in your VAT number. The system will automatically verify the validity of your VAT number. More information at our article about VAT and B2B.

If you create an order as a non-business customer and make a payment, it will no longer be possible to edit your order, prices and invoice.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

There are several ways to pay for your order. You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card. You can use Apple pay and Google pay also. The methods of the payment may vary depending on the location and chosen method of delivery of the goods.

If your bank does not allow payment to a bank account or payment by credit card, we can individually discuss on an alternative payment method. However, please note that prices may increase due to additional fees.

If the online payment has failed, contact your bank to check if you are allowed to pay online, have a sufficient limit for these payments and have a sufficient balance.

If all of the above is in order, the easiest solution is to contact us. We will probably arrange payment by bank transfer.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Exceptions may be made for current world situations (covid restrictions, war conflict, etc.).

Or it may happen that the shipment can only be sent after the conditions are met. This applies after Brexit for UK customers - the value of their shipment must be at least £135.

Yes, most countries have more than one option to choose from. It all depends on the size and weight of the shipment and the delivery location.

It's not a very common solution, but you can. If you decide to arrange your own shipping, please contact us in advance and do not place your order online (you would not be able to get a refund of the shipping charge once it has been ordered and paid).

For this option, please allow for a later delivery due to the necessary two-way communication and coordination of the pick-up date with the shipping company.

RETURN & WARRANTY

What is the warranty and how can I return the goods? Find the answers to these questions below. For other information please read the Warranty and after-sales service document.

You can return goods within the statutory 14 days for a number of reasons. The product does not suit you or you imagined it differently or you ordered a version with a different connector. You are entitled to a refund if the goods are unworn and undamaged and you send them back to us in their original packaging.

In this case, please fill in the withdrawal from the purchase contract, pack the goods including all accessories carefully and send them to the address of the establishment: Ing. Jan Šustr, Brněnská 326/34, 591 01 Žďár nad Sázavou, Czech republic.

In order to return the goods within the 14 days statutory period, you can unpacking the good, inspection and brief testing. You just need to be careful about wear and tear or damage to the goods. In order to return the goods, they must be undamaged, unscratched, unwritten etc.

If the returned goods are damaged, worn and they show signs of use, you will be charted a depreciation fee.

You can only return the goods unaltered, unused or undamaged. If the goods have been tampered with by you, they cannot be returned.

Custom goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal. These goods have been made or modified according to your wishes so their return is not possible.

If you are a consumer buyer, the warranty period is 2 years. If you purchased as a business, the warranty lasts for 1 year. This period runs from the date of receipt of the shipment.

It's easier to say what's not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover for example damage caused by improper assembly procures, wear and tear from normal use, improper handling, maintenance or intervention, use in unsuitable conditions (climatic conditions, dust, temperature, humidity etc.), electrical surges, mechanical damage etc.

If the item is damaged or has stopped working, please contact us and we will work together to find a solution. It may be that it is an easily fixable problem that can be solved by you with our online support.
