High Power 1-to-2 RF and double RCA (PTT, ALC) switch

This is High Power RF switch with two input/output and one common ports. It also contains a double switch for two other (analogue) signals - e.g. PTT and ALC. The switch is available in two versions. In the first, the unused port (1, 2) is grounded, in the second it is connected to an internal 50 ohm resistor. When the control voltage is not connected, neither port (1 or 2) is connected to the common port. The control board includes a first win protection. This means that if one port is switched on, the other is not active. The switch is controlled by DC voltage and there are two ways to use it - to switch on one or the other port by applying voltage to 1 or 2, or to connect 13.8V, this will switch on port 1 and applying voltage to port 2 will switch on port 2.

Two versions
SHORT
- In this version, unused ports are connected to ground - shorted. Without control voltage, both ports are grounded.
DUMMY LOAD
- In this version, the unused ports are connected to an internal 50 Ohm resistor. Without control voltage, both ports 1 and 2 are connected to this resistor.
- The internal 50 Ohm resistor is a 100W chip. However, it does not include cooling. The possible load is 100W peak for 2 seconds. In a 50:50 ration, the resistor can be loaded with 5W of RF power.
Switch control
The switch can be operated in two ways:
The first is the classic one, where no port is connected without voltage. When voltage is applied to PORT 1, port 1 is active, same for port 2.
The second way is by applying voltage to port 13.8V, this will turn on port 1 and by applying voltage to port 2 it will switch to port 2. More info in the manual.
The voltage is applied against the common port GND.
