Description

This is an improved version of the PTT splitter, which includes more output ports. Each port has its own SSR contact and is isolated from ground and from each other. These outputs allow switching not only DC but also AC voltage. In addition, the output can be used for switching voltage in the circuit. See the examples for more details. Optical isolation between the input and output is a standard feature. The entire system is analog and therefore does not add any delay between the input and output (unlike solutions with classic relays).

This splitter separates the source signal (TRX) from ten outputs. It also serves as protection. The outputs include RFI filters and surge protection up to 65V. Eight outputs are on classic RCA connectors and two are on a green screw terminal. These two contacts can also be connected in parallel to switch the PTT on some older PAs where there is high voltage in the open state (up to 130V).
