This is a very smart device - smarty meter. It is a combination of a digital oscilloscope, signal generator, universal electronic component tester, V-meter, temperature sensor meter, IR LED decoder and much more in one device with a 2.4 inch display and bulit-in lithium battery.
The device also comes with a set of accessories: component measurement cables, signal generator output cable and oscilloscope probe (X1, X10) with adapter.

The oscilloscope allows basic measurements, the generator has 6 signal shape options with frequency and amplitude settings and the universal tester allows you to identify a large number of electronic components including pin recognition and parameter measurement.
