This is differential and two stage common-mode 230V 20A AC EMI (electromagnetic interference) filter used to diminish the high-frequency. Electromagnetic noise which is generated from different electronic and electrical devices.
The common-mode filter is combined through the X2 capacitor and the common-mode inductor.
The two-stage common-mode filtering has a better noise filtering effect. It can suppress the problem of fast transient interference by group pulses with repetition rate of several thousand Hz at some user locations.
