This is special differential and common-mode AC EMI (electromagnetic interference) filter with DC circuit, which filters the DC component in the AC power line through two 50A bridges and four 35V 2200uF capacitors, suppressing the magnetic saturation or increase in quiescent current caused by the DC component transformer - causing hum.
This is ideal EMI filter for the classic linear power supply.
Differential Filtration Mode - Two differential inductors perform differential AC filtering mode to suppress mid and high frequency interference.
The common-mode filter is combined through the X2 capacitor and the common-mode inductor.
The two-stage common-mode filtering has a better noise filtering effect. It can suppress the problem of fast transient interference by group pulses with repetition rate of several thousand Hz at some user locations.
