Preamplifier module with low noise MMIC SPF5189Z. Designed for 50 MHz to 4 GHz. Module is built-in aluminium enclosure with SMA male connectors. Supply 5V DC with via capacitor. Module has got high gain and low Noise Figure. Please see data sheet.
It is recommended to protect input of the preamplifier against high input power (diode limiter).
